Nestma.com is operated by Nestma Pte Ltd in Singapore.
2. General Purchase And Delivery Info
Please ensure that you have selected the correct product in the correct package/sizes before you complete the checkout process. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been produced and will not be held liable in the event the wrong item is selected.
Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a delay or loss of your order.
All orders are processed between 1 to 2 working days upon receiving the order.
Orders will be sent out within the day of the delivery date (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil/deliver your order due to out of stock or other unforeseen circumstances, an exchange or refund will be made to your original mode of payment.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Prices for each product are not inclusive of delivery charges.
For local orders, we provide courier service and self-collection. Free local delivery via courier service for orders above $120 (Singapore Dollars)
Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to weekends and public holidays. Delivery is aimed at 2 to 4pm (Singapore time) or at a time requested, but no later than 9pm.
Do note that Nestma will not be liable for any lost orders in the event that orders are delivered to the desired address/location and instructed by customers to be left outside the premises which are unattended.
We accept payments through:
- Visa / MasterCard credit or debit cards
Payment will be processed through a service provider in Singapore, in Singapore Dollars.
- PayPal, Stripe
- PayNow, Bank transfers (for Singapore only)
The total sum payable will be displayed when you complete the payment process.
If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discounts to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
5.Return & Exchange Policies
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Product pictures provided on this site are provided to help recognize products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly on the package you receive. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was input into the system, the information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Nestma Pte Ltd shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at email@example.com or call WhatsApp the Nestma business line at +65 8889 2214 or by the next working day within 24 hours. Returns/Exchange/Refunds can be arranged Under the following circumstances:
- If any Product has been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Nestma shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
- If any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer, Nestma shall collect the Product from the Customer.
- If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Nestma shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
- If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, Nestma shall refund to the Customer the difference.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment on which the original purchase was made.
- All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within reasonable time. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible
6. Defective Items
We practice strict quality control, and it will be highly unlikely that defective products will be delivered out. However, errors may still happen and you may unfortunately receive a defective product. In the event you wish to return the item due to its defects, kindly note that the following will not be eligible for a refund / exchange:
- Colour difference due to the settings of your computer screen
- Any other non-quality related issues
