How can I earn points?
Earn points by making purchases (1 pt per $1), writing reviews (50 pts), referring friends (50 pts), completing your profile (30 pts), following us on Instagram (20 pts), and returning empty jars for recycling (30 pts).
When will I see points from my purchase?
Points are added to your account after your order is fulfilled, usually within 24–48 hours.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Log in to your account, go to the rewards section, and choose a discount to apply at checkout.
How can I check my point balance?
Log in to your Nestma account and visit the rewards section to see your current balance and tier status.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. We'll remind you before they expire.
How do I know what tier I am?
Your current tier is displayed in your account dashboard. You move up automatically once you hit the spend threshold.
